Rules:

All bidders will be allowed to view the contents of a unit prior to the auction. No one is allowed inside the unit. Bidding will begin as soon as all parties have had an opportunity to view contents.

All winning bidders must have $75 CASH REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. It will be RETURNED AFTER UNIT IS CLEANED OUT.

Units must be cleaned out by posted time. We do not provide means for disposal of any trash. All items must be removed from property or you lose your deposit.
 

 Unit may be available for short term rental if needed. Contact manager for arrangements. 

An inventory of unit contents will be included with your paperwork. We also photograph the entire contents prior to removal by the buyer.

Buyers who are NOT ELIGIBLE to sign a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate will be required to pay the 5% Virginia Sales Tax on the final bid amount.

Buyers who purchase FOR RESALE are required to sign a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and are not required to pay the 5% Virginia Sales Tax on the final bid amount.
